Alterations
If you require any alterations, you may reach out to us within 5-7 business days of delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Products:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photo or video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email. Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange or refund.
